Define Shop

Receiving an image is not enough for canvas printing. Its quality must be checked, orientation and size selected, cropping prepared and the result passed to a manager in a form that is easy to find.

Define Shop brings these actions into one workflow: customers complete clear steps themselves, while the business receives a structured request instead of messages with attachments and follow-up questions.

In the editor, customers see the photo inside the canvas frame and can crop, rotate, apply a filter, reset changes and follow hints. The interface is mobile-first because these orders are often placed from a phone.

Once prepared, the system shows the status, submits the layout and issues a short code. It can be copied or sent through Telegram so a manager can quickly find the order.

The Laravel backend stores layouts, creates previews, thumbnails and production TIFF files, and accounts for 300 DPI, EXIF orientation and portrait or landscape canvas templates.

Heavy operations run in Redis queues, source files are stored in S3, and finished files are delivered to an SMB folder on schedule or via instant print. This removes manual downloading, renaming and file transfer.
